Vulcan 60SS-4B36GT Description
Any busy restaurant kitchen needs a versatile range that they can rely on to deliver consistent results. The 60SS-4B36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan stands head and shoulders above the competition in the restaurant-grade category and offers two standard ovens, open top burners, and a thermostatic griddle. This 60” range model features stainless steel construction on its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser.
The Vulcan Endurance Series™ lineup of Restaurant Gas Ranges are some of the highest quality pieces of equipment available in the category. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue.
Each pair of this range’s four open-top burners use Vulcan’s innovative flash tube pilot system. This system uses a shrouded pilot that reduces the amount of gas consumed by the range while protecting the pilot from boilovers and spills. Cleaning and maintaining the open top burners is simple thanks to the simple lift-off design on the burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates.
The griddle on this range is 36” wide to make working with food as simple as possible. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
The standard ovens in this range are both baker’s depth, the unit on the left is 20-¼” wide while the other is 26-⅜” wide. Both oven cavities come with two racks that can be adjusted to four positions and porcelain on the oven bottom and door panel. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
