Vulcan 36S-2B24CBN Description
The 36S-2B24CBN Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan offers top burners and a charbroiler in a reasonably compact design. The 36” wide form factor takes up as little room as possible while providing an effective platform with the versatility your kitchen needs. This range will last for many years thanks to stainless steel construction on its back riser, high shelf, sides, and front.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ provides unparalleled performance among Restaurant Gas Ranges. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range.
The twin open top burners on this range share a single pilot using a shrouded flash tube. This design saves on gas consumption while protecting the pilot from spills and boilovers. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
To efficiently charbroil food this range has a 24” charbroiler with four burners with supercharger dividers. Each of the burners has its own control knob which is designed to stay cool to the touch for easy adjustment.
The standard oven in this range is 26-⅜” wide and is baker’s depth with two racks with four positions. Porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom keep it well insulated. The thermostat on the oven can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
