Vulcan 36S-36G Description
The Vulcan 36S-36G Endurance™ Restaurant Range offers a full griddle top and a standard oven while taking up as little room as possible. This range unit comes in at 36” wide and uses stainless steel construction for its back riser, high shelf, front, and sides for durability and ease of cleaning.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ of Restaurant Gas Ranges provide unparalleled performance. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range.
The 36” wide griddle on this range allows users to easily manipulate food. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
The 26-⅜” wide standard oven at the base of this range has a standard baker’s depth and two oven racks that can be moved to four different positions. To keep the oven well insulated the bottom and door panel are made from porcelain. The thermostat on the oven can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
