Vulcan 36S-36GT Description
For restaurants that want a hassle-free range with a full griddle top the 36S-36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is an easy consideration that delivers performance and durability. To make sure this 36” wide range unit will stand the test of time, its sides, high shelf, front, and back riser are made from durable stainless steel that is easy to clean and maintain.
In the restaurant range category, the Endurance Series™ of Restaurant Gas Ranges from Vulcan is unmatched. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime.
For precise griddling control, the 36” wide griddle features a snap action thermostat. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
At the base of this range is a standard oven featuring a baker’s depth that’s 26-⅜” wide. It comes with two racks that can be moved to 4 different positions. The oven is insulated with porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom. The oven thermostat can be adjusted from 250°F to 500°F.
