Vulcan 36C-2B24GT Description
For restaurants that want a reliable range that comes with a thermostatically controlled griddle section, two burners, and a convection oven, look no further than the Vulcan 36C-2B24GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range. This range unit only takes up as much room as it needs to coming in at 36” wide, this form factor makes it easy to incorporate into almost any kitchen. Once in place, the stainless steel construction on its front, sides, high shelf, and back riser make sure it will last for many years while making it easy to clean and maintain.
In the category of Restaurant Gas Ranges, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime.
To keep the twin open top burners on this range from consuming too much gas, a single pilot covers both of them. This arrangement uses a shrouded flash tube pilot system that also prevents the pilot from going out due to boilovers and spills. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
To easily set the temperature on the 24” wide griddle it is thermostatically controlled. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
The standard oven in this range is 26-⅜” wide and is baker’s depth with two racks with four positions. Porcelain on the door panel and oven bottom keep it well insulated. The oven thermostat can be adjusted from 250°F to 500°F.
