Vulcan 36C-2B24CBP Description
If your establishment uses LP gas and is short on space and you need a range that offers a larger griddle section and a couple of top burners on top of a standard oven you can’t go wrong with the 48S-2B36G Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan. For durability, this 36” wide range model comes with stainless steel construction for its high shelf, sides, back riser, and front.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance among Restaurant Gas Ranges . The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range.
Both burners on this range use the same shrouded flash tube pilot. This limits the gas consumed by the range while preventing the pilot from being extinguished by splashes and boilovers. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
The 24” wide charbroiler on this range has four burners and supercharger dividers. The burners can be adjusted individually with their own control knobs. To make adjusting these knobs easy while cooking they are made to be cool to the touch.
The standard oven at the base of this range measures 26-⅜” wide, and baker’s depth with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. Porcelain on the oven bottom and door panel keep it well insulated. The thermostat on the oven can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
