With this 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range, you can sear a large batch of meats and vegetables to perfection on the full-width charbroiler and store all your cooking supplies inside the two (2) stainless steel cabinets. The front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs are constructed with stainless steel that make it invulnerable to rust and corrosion.

Able to reach temperatures of up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the charbroiler is equipped with a set of eight (8) 16,000 BTU burners and stainless steel radiants that heat the cast-iron grates evenly so you can use the entirety of the cooking surface with uniform results. You can remove the grates for cleaning or adjust them to create a unique setup for each recipe. The cast-iron build retains heat well so the charbroiler won't take a long time to preheat or recover in between use. The removable drip tray makes for quick and easy maintenance. The base comes with two stainless steel cabinets where you can store a good amount of wares and supplies to make the most of the floor space and at the same time keep everything you need close. The cabinets have removable doors that can be opened from the center.

This commercial range is made complete with a 9.25" deep front rail, a fully insulated lining and burner box, and a 5" high stainless steel flue riser that diverts the heat away from users.
