Designed to maximize a single space in your kitchen, this 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a large 41.75" plancha at the top and a standard oven and cabinet combo at the base. The front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" legs are all made of stainless steel, making this unit a durable, long-lasting piece companion for any kitchen.

The plancha comes with four (4) 16,000 BTU burners and a 0.5" thick reinforced steel plate that deliver a total cooking power of 48,000 BTU. Two-thirds of the plate operate at temperatures up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit while the rest of the plate is lower in temperature so you can sear and finish meats quickly with flavorful results every time. The cast iron burners help with heat retention so you don't have to wait a long time for the plancha to preheat or recover after every cooking session.  The front of the cooktop is a 5" deep frail while the sides and rear come with splash guards to help keep your cooking station and anything nearby clean and safe. The 3" wide collection on the sides allows for super easy cleanups. 

The convection oven has a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot and a set of three (3) racks. With the dual-speed fan, hot air reaches every inch of the cooking chamber to produce even cooking results across every rack. You can bake products at 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and you can set the cooking temperature for each recipe with great precision using the thermostatic controls. The oven interior is made of porcelain enamel that makes for effortless cleaning. Next to the convection oven is a 12" cabinet base constructed with stainless steel and fitted with removable doors that open from the center.

This commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. A 5" high stainless steel flue riser doesn't let heat and smoke from the unit linger in the space by diverting it toward the ventilation hood.
