This 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range packs eight (8) open burners and two (2) cabinets in one convenient cooking station. Designed for rigorous use, this unit comes with stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted to conform to uneven floors.

The open burners each operate up to 35,000 BTU. The non-clogging design prevents overflow liquids from blocking the gas flow to ensure optimal flame size and strength. Each burner comes with a removable welded steel top grate that holds up the pans and pots at the same level, which also allows for safe and ergonomic repositioning. A removable drip tray is included for speedy maintenance. There are two (2) cabinets where you can store all the cooking supplies you need for immediate access. Each one comes with removable doors that open at the center.

This commercial range also comes with a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps keep the kitchen cool and comfortable by drawing the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
