This 48" heavy-duty commercial gas range has an eight-burner open top and a convection oven, packing up to 325,000 BTU cooking power in a single space in your kitchen. Built for heavy work, this unit comes with front, sides, rear, exterior, and 6" adjustable legs for excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.

The open burners each operate at up to 35,000 BTU and have a non-clogging design that helps optimal gas flow and flame size. A removable welded steel top grate on each burner supports the pots and pans and forms a flat surface so the cookware is set at the same level and can be shuffled more easily if needed. There is a removable drip tray that makes maintenance easier.

The convection oven has a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot and a two-speed fan that moves the hot air around the cooking chamber so everything inside cooks evenly regardless of their placement. With the three (3) racks supplied, you can maximize the space and expect high-quality food at the end of each baking session. This oven supports temperatures ranging from 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the thermostatic controls, you can set the precise temperature to create the ideal cooking environment for each recipe. The interior is made of porcelain enamel so you can easily spot and remove grime.

This commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail plus fully insulated lining and burner box for efficiency and flexibility. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke emanating from the unit away from the users and towards the ventilation hood to keep the environment safe and cool.
