Thanks to the modular design, this 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to add three (3) uniform hot tops on a counter, refrigerated base, and freezer base. The stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom make this a sturdy piece of cooking equipment you can rely on every single day.

Each uniform hot top comes with two (2) 16,000 BTU burners that can be operated with one control knob. You can change set the temperature at low and high settings. The removable steel plates can get as hot as 700 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide array of recipes. This commercial range has a 9.25" deep front rail and fully insulated lining and burner box allow. A 5" stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke from the hot tops away from the user and towards the ventilation hood for maximum safety and comfort.
