Boasting 210,000 BTU, this 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range lets you add six (6) 35,000 BTU open burners right on top of your counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. With the stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom, the unit is a durable piece of cooking equipment that you can count on every single day.

The three (3) open burners at the back have a step-up design so they are set higher than the three (3) front burners. Thanks to the easy-to-clean non-clogging design, the burners are less likely to get instructed by overflow liquids so the flame is always at the ideal size and height. There is a removable welded steel grate on top of each burner to support the pots and pans. A removable tray collects drips from the cooktop for easy maintenance.

This commercial range comes with a 9.25" deep rail and fully insulated lining and burner box for extra functionality and efficiency. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser drives the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
