This 36" heavy-duty commercial gas range is a graduated hot top with a convenient stainless steel cabinet. Engineered to aid in the most exacting cooking jobs, this unit comes with stainless steel front, sides, rear, exterior bottom, and 6" legs for excellent protection against rust and corrosion. The legs can even be adjusted to various heights for installation on uneven flooring.

A powerful 62,000 BTU burner powers the entire full-width graduated hot top. The removable steel plates can reach temperatures as high as 900 degrees Fahrenheit at the center. The cabinet base offers plenty of space where you can store cooking supplies for easy access. It has removable doors that can be opened from the center. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that runs the width of the entire commercial range. The lining and burner are fully insulated for efficient cooking. The 5" stainless steel flue riser keeps the space clean and cool by driving the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the users and towards the ventilation hood for immediate extraction.
