Southbend P12C-C Description
Cook up delicious meats and vegetables with this heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend. This unit features a charbroiler that comes with stainless steel radiants for long-lasting durability. There are two (2) 16,000 BTU burners complete with a hi-lo control knob powering the charbroiler. The cast-iron grates are removable and have an adjustable front-to-back slope to add versatility to your cooking. With stainless steel construction on the front and sides down to the rear, exterior bottom, and legs plus a fully insulated lining and burner, this is a durable commercial range guaranteed to last.
There is a 9.25" deep rail at the front of the charbroiler for an additional work surface. The temperature can be set up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you all the flexibility you need to tackle a wide variety of recipes. The stainless steel cabinet base provides durable convenient storage space for your supplies to make your cooking sessions faster and smoother. The unit has a removable drip tray for simple maintenance and a 5" high stainless steel flue to direct heat and gases away from the user and into the ventilation hood.
