Smoke Broiler, gas, countertop, 48", (8) stainless steel burners, cast iron radiants & grates, smoke system with (3) log holders, full width grease gutter, removable grease can & water pans, stainless steel front, sides, wood trays & landing ledge, 160,000 BTU, cETLus, NSFThe IABA-48 Smoke Broiler from Imperial is a mid-sized unit featuring 8 burners with a total heat output of 160,000 BTU/hr. The stainless steel burners are spaced 5” apart and each has its own precise gas control for adjusting the heat on select sections. Cast aluminum control knobs with Valox™ collars offer users complete control while providing heat protection.
This smoke broiler comes standard with heavy-duty reinforced cast iron radiants to maximize heat retention and maintain intense temperatures on the cooking surface. For faster heat-up time and recovery, stainless steel radiants are available as an option and have the added benefit of keeping flare-ups to a minimum.
The unmistakable smoky taste food cooked on a smoke broiler is provided by three slow smolder design log holders. The log holders can be used with either logs or wood chips and it's designed to slowly smolder the wood extending the burn time while delivering just as much flavor.
This smoke broiler is available in an LP or natural gas version to suit the gas used in your establishment.
