Smoke Broiler, gas, countertop, 60", (10) stainless steel burners, cast iron radiants & grates, smoke system with (3) log holders, full width grease gutter, removable grease can & water pans, stainless steel front, sides, wood trays & landing ledge, 200,000 BTU, cETLus, NSFThe Imperial IABA-60 Smoke Broiler is a mid-size model well suited for medium to large establishments that want to provide the flavor and texture that only a smoke broiler can provide. This model features 10 independently controllable burners evenly spaced 5” apart that produce up to 200,000 BTU/hr for even heating and superior temperature control over regions on the cooking surface. The gas flow to the burners is controlled with durable cast aluminum knobs featuring Valox™ collars to protect them from heat transfer.
Heavy-duty cast-iron grates make up the cooking surface to provide the distinct char lines that broilers make on food. The grates come in 5” x 21” sections that can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. Below the grates are cast iron radiants that protect the burners from debris and clogging while providing maximum heat retention for even heating. If faster recovery and heating, stainless steel radiants are available.
Stainless steel slide-out wood holders can hold 3 logs or wood chips. The wood holders use a smoldering design to keep wood chips and logs from burning too quickly to maximize the amount of flavor the wood can apply to food.
