The Imperial IABA-72 Smoke Broiler is a large unit suitable for establishments that want to offer a uniquely genuine smoked taste and charbroiled texture to their food and can handle a high volume of orders. This 72-inch wide smoker has 13 independently controllable burners putting out a total of 260,000 BTU/hr. The burners are spaced 5” apart for efficient and controllable heat delivery. The burners are adjusted precisely with durable cast aluminum control knobs featuring Valox™ collars to prevent heat transfer.

For easy cleaning, the heavy-duty cast iron top grates come in 5” x 21” sections that can be removed without any tools. This charbroiler comes with standard with cast iron radiants for long term heat retention providing even heating. For fast and immediate recovery while minimizing flare-ups, stainless steel radiants are available as an option.

Beneath the burners are four log holders that use a slow smolder system for logs or wood chips. This system allows the logs or wood chips to last as long as possible while giving food that distinct taste and aroma that only smoking can provide.

This unit is available in a natural gas version as well as an LP version..
