This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that utilizes a remote condenser unit to reach a maximum 24-hour ice output of 906 lbs of half-dice ice. This particular model is configured for 208-230v/60/1-ph power and it draws 12.3 amps of current at full load. To produce 100 lbs of ice, this unit uses 19 gallons of water and 4.9 kWh of power.

The Plastic Food Zone inside this unit is easy to service and clean. All the BPA-free parts can be serviced without any tools thanks to the snap-together construction. All these parts are conveniently accessed through the easy-to-remove front panel. Once removed, the Plastic Food Zone parts can be placed into a dishwasher.

Key components inside this ice maker are treated with Agion® to prevent microbial growth from altering the taste of the ice. This treatment also allows this ice cuber to go for extended periods between cleanings.
