This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that is designed to produce 932 lbs of ice in a 24-hour period with the air and water temperature of 70°F and 50°F respectively. This self-contained air-cooled Ice Machine is configured for the production of full-size ice cubes measuring 7/8 inch along every dimension. To produce 100 lbs of ice this ice cuber uses 19 gallons of water and 5.1 kWh of power. 208-230v/60/1-ph powers this unit and draws 12.2 amps of current.

The BPA-free Plastic Food Zone is made up of easy to maintain snap apart parts which can be serviced without tools. These plastic parts are conveniently dishwasher safe. Between cleanings, the Agion® technology inside this unit protects it against bacterial and microbial growths preventing ice produced from taking on a foul taste. The easily removable front panel makes maintenance and cleaning a breeze.

This unit has a dual exhaust system allowing either the top or right side of the unit to be obstructed without having a negative effect on the airflow of the ice maker.
