ICE-O-Matic CIM0520FW Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker is a water cooled ice machine unit rated to produce 586 lbs of ice in a 24 hour period (tested with a constant water temperature of 50°F and ambient air temperature of 70°F). To produce 100 lbs of ice this model requires 181 gallons of water to cool the condenser, 20 gallons of potable water to freeze into ice and 4.7 kWh of power. The power configuration of this unit is 115v/60/1-ph at 17.4 amps.
The interior parts are made from BPA-free plastic and are dishwasher safe. These parts are designed to be snapped out and snapped back into place thanks to the tool-free construction. Microbial growth is thwarted by the included Agion® technology. Maintenance and cleaning tasks are done by removing the front panel of the device for easy access.
Installation and service of the ice maker are both really simple with the Universal Smart Harness™ which provides digital diagnostics for simple troubleshooting.
