Hatco HDW-2 Warming Drawer Unit

The HDW-2 warming drawer unit with two (2) 20.75" deep and 12.75" wide drawers sized for 6" deep food pans is a powerful food holding solution that helps food service operators get through their busiest hours of the day. 

Pre-cook your dishes in large volumes and conveniently store and keep them perfectly warm inside the drawers. The cavities are fully insulated on all sides to maintain the temperatures ideal for your dishes throughout the day with excellent energy efficiency. 

Each drawer has its own thermostatic controls so you can set different temperatures for different foods. Adjustable sliding vents are provided as well for the ability to insert moisture into the cavity that may be required for better results. Plus, with the individual on/off switch, you are able to prevent any unnecessary energy consumption. 

This food warmer drawer stands on 4" legs and is stainless steel inside and out for a truly robust piece of equipment that you can rely on for the years to come. No need to tilt the pan when placing or removing it. To lower risks of spillage and food waste, the stainless steel drawer slides feature a full extension mechanism that promotes ergonomic access. 

Hatco employed nylon rollers to facilitate fluid motion during opening and closing for fast and safe application. They are built to bear the brunt of daily use, and are longer-lasting to reduce service calls and interrupted operation.

If you are using multiple food warmers, this warming drawer can be customized with a colored front panel to help you identify what’s inside without having to approach or open the drawers.

The Hatco HDW-2 warming drawer is an NSF and cULus-certified product made in the USA. It ships with a 6' cord and plug.
