This is a freestanding warming drawer unit that comes with a total of eight (8) half-size food pans so that you can fit several menu items all at once such as bacon, sausage, hot dogs, and other delicate foods.

And since each drawer has a dedicated thermostatic control knob and temperature display, you can always set the ideal environment that your each dish requires. These controls are placed on a recessed panel, which helps in preventing accidental adjustments when the action in the kitchen becomes faster during peak hours. If you want less knobs and just tapping and clicking, you can also get a HDW-2R2 warming drawer unit with a touchscreen display control.

This warming drawer won’t easily rust, dent, or corrode, thanks to the stainless steel build, which is also super easy to clean. The heavy-duty nylon rollers allow you to slide the drawers with ease. With the reliable design of these nylon rollers, the drawers are less likely to break, saving money on repairs and service costs.

Each drawer on the HDW-2R2 are insulated from all sides for excellent warming and holding performance while the sliding vents are easily adjustable when you need to increase or decrease moisture in the type of dish.  The drawers slide open all the way so the pans can be lifted or placed safely and securely.

The unit is mounted on 4" legs and comes with different colored front drawer panels, which can double as additional decor design and identifier for contents when you have multiple units.
