Hatco HDW-4 Warming Drawer Unit

Always be ready to serve a large crowd with the HDW-4 warming drawer by Hatco. This 29.5-inch wide warming unit is a safe and durable food holding and warming platform that features four (4) spacious 20.75" x 12.75" drawers, each one able to hold a 6" food pan.

This warming drawer won’t rust, bend, or deform easily, with its corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction inside and out including the drawer slides and assembly, making for a rugged and easy-to-maintain piece of equipment that can get you through many years of use. The unit is mounted on 6" legs with casters available as an upgrade for added mobility.

The drawers extend fully so you can safely place or lift the pan straight out, reducing risks of spills and waste. Hatco used heavy-duty drawer slides with nylon rollers to achieve a smooth drawer action. These nylon rollers eliminate the need to replace drawer slides, which helps you save money on repairs and replacement!

Each drawer has an adjustable sliding vent that allows you to inject moisture when needed. The individual thermostatic controls help you find the best temperature for holding a variety of food, so you can have different menu items stored and warmed for your hungry customers at all times. You can monitor the temperature at a glance and turn a drawer on and off to manage your energy use.

You can choose colored front drawer panels to match your decor and simplify product identification, especially if you use multiple warming drawers. 

The Hatco HDW-4 warming drawer is an NSF and cULus-certified product made in the USA. It ships with a 6' cord and plug.
