Hatco HDW-1 Warming Drawer Unit

This freestanding warming drawer unit by Hatco features a single drawer designed to accommodate a 6" deep food pan so you can hold and keep warm a large amount of cooked food in perfect temperatures to fulfill orders instantly.

This warming drawer is made in the USA, with corrosion-resistant stainless steel all around and insulated drawer panels for energy efficiency, minimal cleaning, and longer service life! 

The drawer is equipped with extremely durable nylon rollers built to endure constant opening and closing in a busy kitchen. The drawer also opens completely to prevent less cumbersome tilting that can cause users to spill the contents.

The thermostatic control knob enables you to find the precise temperature your dish needs while the temperature display lets you know at a glance if that ideal environment is maintained properly. The control panel is recessed to avoid employees from brushing up the knob or the on/off switch when the kitchen becomes busier during the peak periods. If you want to introduce additional moisture into the cooked food while warming, you can use the slide the vents at the front panel of the drawer open.

This Hatco warming drawer unit is available in a variety of colors, which adds both form and function to your facility in that you will know immediately what dish is inside without even touching or stepping closer to the unit, and you can choose a color that fits well with your interior aesthetics.

This NSF and cULus-certified food warming drawer requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 6' (1829 mm) cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included in the package.
