This is an Energy Star-rated unit running at 120 volts for maximum energy savings. The tray slides are adjustable, providing storage flexibility and helping you maximize the interior space of the unit.

The interior of this unit is made of stainless steel, which means it is tough and easy to keep clean. The door is stainless steel as well for added durability, and it is also field-reversible to adapt to your current setup. This unit is packing a one-gallon water chamber that helps create a humid environment, which prolongs the amount of time you can hold food with little to no risk of shrinkage or drying out. Water does not touch the interior, further uncomplicating your routine cleaning processes. 

Boasting thermostatically-controlled heat, this unit allows you to hold products at temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as 80 degrees Fahrenheit, which means you can proof dough in this mobile heated display cabinet. The insulated side walls ensure the heat stays inside so that temperatures stay consistent and even. You can set the temperature and humidity levels from the digital temperature controls with digital readout right at the top of the unit. The 4" casters with wheel locks let you move and park the unit on the fly.
