This unit is constructed with stainless steel, so it looks sleek and performs reliably in tough kitchen conditions. The strong Lexan door features a full perimeter gasket to keep the hot air inside as well as a magnetic latch and heavy-duty plated hinges that are field-reversible to suit your needs.

This unit heats products at 80 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 200 degrees, so it can accommodate a range of products and even handle dough proofing tasks. And since it is thermostatically controlled, you get a higher level of precision to create the absolute best holding environment for your products. The door, sidewalls, top, bottom, and even the control panel are fully insulated so that heat stays inside for consistent temperatures. You can also add humidity to the cabinet to extend holding time without dryness, thanks to the water reservoir that is able to hold two gallons of water. 

The electronic controls complete with a digital temperature display allows you to adjust and monitor temperature and humidity levels as needed. The set of two locked and two rigid 5" casters with two make it easy to transport and move the unit when it is needed.
