The Hatco FSHC-17W1 is a spacious mobile food holding cabinet that can accommodate 17 sheet pans and as many as 34 steam table pans of precooked food, so you can deliver hot and delicious food to your customers no matter what time they walk into your establishment.

This unit has a stainless steel body paired with a durable Lexan door to make a tough but easy-to-maintain piece of equipment that is perfect for the busiest kitchens. The holding cabinet has a wide temperature range of 80 degrees to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which allows for dough proofing in addition to food holding. The door features a magnetic latch and field-reversible plated hinges to meet your layout needs. It has a gasket that runs the entire perimeter to prevent hot air from leaking out and cold air from entering. The insulation on the door, sides, bottom, top, and the control panel of the unit adds to the excellent heat retention of the cabinet to maintain consistent temperatures.

This unit has a water chamber that can be filled with up to 2 gallons of water, so you can humidify the interior and hold food for longer periods without risk of drying it out. Thermostatic controls of both heat and humidity via the electronic controls and digital readout help you stay on top of all your cooked products without hassle. You can wheel the unit around as needed, thanks to the two rigid and two locking 5" casters.

• FSHC-12W models have 12-sheet pan capacity on 3" (76 mm) centers, adjustable on 1.5" (38 mm) centers, with 12 universal pan slides, designed to accommodate up to 12 sheet pans, or up to 24 steam table pans.
