This 1697-watt unit holds cooked food straight from the kitchen at ideal serving temperatures, helping you deliver hot fresh food to guests no matter the time of the day. 

This unit produces heat that can be adjusted via thermostatic controls so you can always find the right level for your menu offerings. Since the side walls are insulated, the heat stays on the inside, maintaining consistent temperatures. This heated cabinet also features a 0.75-gallon water chamber that introduces humidity to the heat, which facilitates safer and longer food holding times. The digital readout lets you easily adjust and verify the temperature, so you always know what is happening inside the unit.

This mobile heated display cabinet features seven sets of adjustable angle slides that can fit various sizes of pans including full-size sheet pans on 3" centers and full-size hot food pans as well as 1/1 gastronorm pans on 1.5" centers. These tray slides are also removable, so they can be cleaned thoroughly. 

This unit has a glass door that creates a large viewing area for the products, so you can locate the items you need before even opening it. It is also field-reversible to adapt to your existing layout. The large swivel casters complete with locks let you move the unit anywhere it is needed, so you can bring the food to your guests at its hottest.
