Each press has its own independently heated cooking surfaces made from tough cast iron that comes preseasoned to minimize sticking. The temperature control on this unit is achieved with a thermostat knob that can reach and maintain cooking temperatures of up to 570°F. A built-in digital timer with 4 programmable presets makes sure that recipes are easy to replicate for superior results.
