Garland US Range G36-4G12S Description
The G36-4G12S restaurant gas range seamlessly integrates four (4) 33,000 BTU Starfire Pro open burners, a 12" griddle, and a storage base.
Offering up a spacious 27" deep cooking surface, this commercial range is constructed with stainless steel from the front to the sides so you know your unit will last long. The cast-iron top rings and grates protect the burners from spills and ensure heat is retained and distributed evenly across the pot or pan for excellent cooking performance. The griddle is 5/8" thick and has a manual high and low-temperature control for easy operation. A 5" plate rail is very handy for instant plating and remains cool to the touch.
The two-piece stainless steel low-profile back guard blocks splashes and intense heat from the back wall and other equipment to keep your work area clean and your walls free from moisture. The unit has 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for a stable and ergonomic setup.
This Garland restaurant range meets CSA Flame, CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards for guaranteed safe and commercial use.

One piece oven with porcelain interior and heavy duty, "keep cool" door handle. Heavy cast iron "H" oven burner rated 38,000 Btuh/11.13 kW (natural gas) Oven controlled by even bake, fast recovery snap action modulating oven thermostat. Available with convection oven, storage base or modular top model in lieu of oven. NOTE: Ranges supplied with casters must be installed with an approved restraining device.
