Garland US Range G36-4G12R Description
The G36-4G12R restaurant gas range by Garland packs four (4) powerful 33,000 BTU open top burners. a 12" griddle plate, and a large-capacity oven to At in a 36" wide and 27" deep package. The unit has a stainless steel construction that defends against corrosion to preserve its appearance and performance.
For an even cook and ergonomic operation, the burners have cast-iron top and ring grates that are excellent heat distributors. The design forms a flat surface that makes it easy to move heavy pots around. The griddle plate is 5/8" thick and is powered by an 18,000 BTU burner with manual valve control for high and low heat.
The inside of the oven is 26" deep and 26.75" wide, and with 38,000 BTU heavy-duty H-shape burners powering it, you can bake and cook more food! There is a nickel-plated that you can set at three (3) different levels inside the oven to find the right height for your baked foods. With the snap-action thermostat, you can set the proper temperature for your food items and enjoy better recovery time and baking results! The large handle keeps a cool temperature for safe handling.
The four (4) crumb trays on this commercial range collect and trap grease and runoff from every 12" of the cooking surface. They are designed for easy cleaning and removal to allow you to focus on whipping up delicious food.
The 5" plate rail makes for immediate plating of piping hot foods out of the restaurant range. This rail keeps cool so you won’t have to worry about burning your skin upon contact. Also included is a 10" back guard and shelf to shield the back wall from splashes and intense heat. The unit stands on 6" heavy-duty stainless steel legs that you can adjust for comfortable and safe use.
