Garland US Range GF36-4G12T Description
Revolutionize your kitchen operations without losing floor space with this 36" wide GF36-4G12T restaurant gas range that features four (4) 26,000 BTU open top burners and a 12" griddle. The unit has a spacious 27" deep cooking surface that lets you cook a bulk of orders at a time. Designed to last, this commercial range is made of stainless steel from the front to the sides so it can effectively combat corrosion and rust.
The burners are controlled using individual large knobs well-protected from drips and damage by the cast-iron top rings and grates. They are also great for containing heat and evenly distributing it to the cooking vessel for superior cooking results! The griddle is 5/8" thick and has a manual high and low-temperature control for easy operation. A 5" plate rail is very handy for instant plating and remains cool to the touch!
When it comes to safety, you can trust the 10" stainless steel low-profile back guard to protect the wall and equipment behind the unit and the flame failure device to prevent gas leaks. The unit has 4" adjustable stainless steel legs to achieve an ergonomic setup.

Griddle or optional hot-top with cast iron "H" style burners, 18,000 Btuh/5.27 kW (natural gas), in lieu of open burners. One piece oven with porcelain interior and heavy duty, "keep cool" door handle. Heavy cast iron "H" oven burner rated 38,000 Btuh/11.13 kW (natural gas) Oven controlled by even bake, fast recovery snap action modulating oven thermostat. Available with convection oven or as a modular top in lieu of standard oven. Convection ovens with 115V, 60 Hz, 1 phase, 3.5 amps motors are supplied with 6’ (1829mm) cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P); 240V 50/60 Hz. 1 phase, 1.8 amps are not supplied with cord and plug and must have a direct connect. GFE units without convection ovens –115V are 0.1 amps and 240V systems are 0.05 amps. Gas input ratings shown for installations up to 2000 ft.(610m) above sea level.
