If your business needs a reliable heated holding cabinet that’s designed for mobile use the UHST-14-B Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is an easy pick. The fixed racks are removable and are designed to hold 18”x26”  pans with a spacing of 4”.

Users can easily monitor the temperature inside the cabinet with the high-visibility digital display. The simple control interface allows the holding temperature to be set from 90°F to 190°F. To circulate heat evenly inside the cabinet a powerful top-mounted fan-cooled blower motor is installed.

For ease of use, while providing a low profile design, the door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. The stainless steel door is insulated to prevent heat loss and an airtight seal is provided by the cabinet-mounted gasket.

The durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior is made to stand up to serious commercial use and features a polished finish for easy maintenance. The interior is made from 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners to make cleaning easy. Rolling this holding cabinet into place is simple with 5” polyurethane casters that are maintenance-free.

To make sure this holding cabinet is up to the task of commercial use, it features CE and IPX4 certification as well as UL listing and UL EPH classification for safety and sanitation.
