The MT-1826-7 Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a mobile holding cabinet that allows users to fine-tune the temperature and humidity to provide their food with the best conditions allowing for maximum holding time while maintaining flavor and texture. Users can adjust the universal slides in 1-½” increments to maximize the storage space. The maximum spacing is 4-½” and the slides can accept 12”x20” and 18”x26” pans.

Depending on the food stored inside, users can adjust the humidity with a simple dial that ranges from moist to crisp. The temperature is graduated at 10-degree increments and can be adjusted between 90° and 190°F. The temperature is easy to monitor with the thermometer and the control panel is located at eye-level and recessed to stay out of the way. To distribute warm moist air around the cabinet a fan-cooled Hi-Temp blower motor is installed. Moisture is provided by a 12” x 20” removable stainless steel water reservoir. The temperature and humidity are controlled by two separate Incoloy nickel-chromium heating elements.

The door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. A cabinet-mounted door gasket conceals it from handling damage and maintains a secure seal for the insulated stainless steel door.

To make cleaning the interior simple, it features 22 gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners. The exterior features a polished finish that’s easy to wipe down on its rugged 20 gauge stainless steel construction. High-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation in the sides, top, bottom, and sides help maintain the temperature with minimal power. To easily move this cabinet in and out of place it features four 3-½” swivel casters.

With UL listing, UL EPH classification, as well as IPX4 and CE certification, you can be sure this holding cabinet is built to high standards and meets all applicable safety and sanitation requirements.
