The HLC-7 Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet that is designed to use as little space as possible while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. The fixed racks are removable and are designed to hold 12”x20” or GN 1/1 pans with a spacing of 2-⅝”.

The holding temperature can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F with the ergonomic digital controls. An easy to read digital display shows the current cabinet temperature for simple monitoring. A heating element made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy provides reliable radiant heating.

The door is easy to open with a magnetic workflow door handle. To keep heat from escaping the stainless steel door is insulated and an air-tight seal is provided by a cabinet-mounted door gasket. 20 Gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior makes sure this cabinet will last for several years in even the most grueling foodservice environments. The polished finish will maintain its appearance while being easy to wipe-down. For easy cleaning, the 22 gauge stainless steel interior features coved corners. To keep the interior nice and warm without needing to use too much power, this cabinet features UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation. To make this holding cabinet easy to move it rolls on 3.5” polyurethane casters.

To assure quality, safety, and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and features both IPX4 and CE certification.
