The fixed racks are removable and are designed to hold 18”x26” pans with a spacing of 3-¾”.

A digital display makes monitoring the internal temperature simple and adjusting the temperature between 90°F and 190°F is intuitive with the digital controls. For additional safety, a low-temperature alarm can be set to go off when the temperature gets dangerously low to alert users. The interior is heated by a heating element made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy. 

Users can easily open the door with a magnetic workflow handle that stays out of the way while being easy to grasp. A cabinet-mounted door gasket conceals it from handling damage and maintains a secure seal for the insulated stainless steel door. To meet the needs of your workspace the door is field reversible.

To make sure this cabinet is up to the task of serving in a commercial capacity it features 20 gauge stainless steel construction for the exterior. The exterior is polished for a clean look that’s easy to wipe down. The interior features 22 gauge stainless steel and coved corners that make cleaning as simple as possible. Keeping the interior nice and warm without using too much power is easy thanks to the UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation in the top, sides, bottom, and back of the cabinet. Four 2” swivel casters make it easy to move this cabinet around.
