Blodgett DFG-100 DBL Description
High-performance, dependable, and made to last, the Blodgett DFG-100 DBL gas convection oven fits two ovens in one footprint, each with a BTU of 55,000 and a holding capacity of five (5) full-size baking pans so you can get a lot of baking done. The solid-state digital controls on the modular slide-out control panel facilitate accurate temperature adjustment, making sure each baking session is a success.
This unit is largely stainless steel, which means it won’t easily rust or show smudges for a long-lasting build and minimal cleaning. The full angle-iron frame adds to the stability while the 6" tall adjustable stainless steel legs enable the oven to reach different heights.
The illuminated double-sided porcelainized interior features 11 rack guides that allow you to fit various items including large products such as whole chicken. With the 0.5 hp two-speed dual inlet blower, the hot air is circulated throughout the entire cavity to deliver even bake quality from whatever rack position your food is on. This unit features an electronic spark ignition that offers excellent fuel efficiency and control.
This commecial oven runs at temperatures that range from 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 50 degrees Fahrenheit and utilizes both direct and indirect heat in order to shorten cooking time and still provide deliciously tender dishes with beautiful crisped exteriors. If you are slow-cooking meats at lower temperatures, you can take advantage of the oven’s Cook and Hold feature. Delicate items are handled and baked with care with the Pulse Plus setting.
The aluminized steel combustion chamber withstands high heat efficiently. Solid mineral fiber ensures no heat escapes the cavity. The cooling fan lowers the temperature very quickly so you can start back up again. Each deck features two stainless steel doors each with a dual-pane thermal glass window perfect for monitoring progress. Both doors have a triple-mounted pressure lock system and a turnbuckle and can be jointly opened or closed with a single powder-coated handle.
The convection oven produces excellent flame quality, thanks to the removable dual-tube burners that help reach even proper height and the air mixers with adjustable air shutters that allow you to fine-tune the flame color. This unit comes with a pressure regulator as well as a manual gas service cut-off switch at the front for quick access. A draft diverter or draft hood may be added for ventilation.
The Blodgett DFG-100 DBL double-deck gas convection oven meets cETL, NSF, and CE standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
