If you want accuracy, versatility, and efficiency in your next gas convection oven, you will be impressed with the Blodgett DFG-100 SGL with a single compartment and 55,500 BTU. This unit has a capacity of five (5) half-size baking pans that can be arranged on eleven levels inside the oven to fit different types of food products while the stainless steel top, front, and sides plus the full-angle iron frame promise a long-lasting piece of equipment that will be with you for the long haul. The 25" tall stainless steel legs provide rigid support and height flexibility for cleaning, clearance, and uneven flooring.
This commercial oven cooks with a combination of direct and indirect heat so you can bake various dishes that require unique conditions. This unit is capable of slow-roasting meats and baking the most delicate of dishes to perfection with the special Cook and Hold and Pulse Plus settings. No matter where you place the food on each rack, the two-speed, dual inlet blower wheel with a 0.5 hp motor will ensure each one is reached by hot air for quick and even cooking.
The solid-state digital thermostat with an LED display provides the accuracy you need to set the ideal temperature for each recipe. The temperature zone on this unit is 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 500°F Heat is fully contained inside the well-insulated cavity while the cooling fan lowers the temperature very quickly so you can get started on another bulk of orders.
The combustion chamber is made of aluminized steel while the interior has a 14-gauge double-sided porcelain lining with lights, so progress monitoring can be conveniently done from the dual-pane thermal glass windows on the triple-mounted pressure locked doors. The powder-coated handle allows you to open or close both doors at the same time.
The electronic spark ignition makes efficient use of gas while the removable dual-tube burners and air mixers with adjustable air shutters ensure the flame produced is tall, evenly distributed, and high-quality. The gas can be cut off from the front of the unit in case of emergency or servicing. The oven can use a draft diverter or draft hood for ventilation.
The Blodgett DFG-100 SGL single-deck half-size gas convection oven meets ETL, CE, and NSF standards and comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door.
