The Blodgett DFG-200 SGL is a digitally controlled gas convection oven with a 60,000 BTU  and a predominantly stainless steel construction paired with a full angle-iron frame and 25" tall adjustable legs for sturdiness and height versatility that will deliver top-tier performance for many years. This unit is deeper than the standard oven so that it can easily fit the longer depth five (5) full-size baking pans.

The double-sided porcelain cavity comes with 11 rack guides that allow you to place pans at different heights and positions to accommodate various sizes of food. The two-speed fan with a dual inlet wheel eliminates cold spots in order to bake the products on each rack evenly. This fan is running at 0.5 hp motor and comes with an automatic thermal overload for a safer operation. 

This commercial oven uses an electronic spark ignition that reduces the amount of fuel used so you can get a lot of cooking sessions from your supply. The unit is operating at temperatures ranging from 200 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. With both indirect and direct heat used to bake your products, you can expect much shorter cooking times with impressively tender but externally browned food items to come out of this convection oven. For recipes that require to be cooked at low temperatures at longer periods or simply items that are more delicate than others, the oven comes with special Cook and Hold and Pulse Plus settings to make sure you pull them all off. You enjoy extremely accurate temperature control from the solid-state thermostat that comes with a LED display for added ease of use. 

The combustion chamber is made of high temperature-resistant aluminized steel and all that heat is kept right inside the oven where it should be, thanks to the solid mineral fiber insulation. When you need to bring the temperature down to move to another batch of baked products, there is a cooling fan onboard that will get that done in no time. 

Checking your progress has never been easier with the dual-pane thermal glass windows installed on both the left and right doors. These doors are not only solid in build, but also reinforced with triple-mounted pressure locks and simultaneously operated from only one handle with powder coating.

To get and maintain superior flame performance, you have two removable dual-tube burners and air mixers with adjustable air shutters. The unit also features a pressure regulator as well as a manual gas service cut-off right at the front control panel where it is always within reach during servicing or emergency. This control panel slides out so that it is also easy to access. This oven accepts a draft diverter or draft hood for ventilation needs. 

The Blodgett DFG-200 SGL single-deck gas convection oven meets cETL and NSF standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.
