In the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, you can rely on the Blodgett DFG-100 ADDL gas convection oven with a single baking compartment and 55,000 BTU cooking power to deliver scrumptious baked and roasted dishes with incredible speed. Available in natural gas and liquid propane configurations, this unit comes with five (5) removable chrome-plated racks perfectly fit for full-size baking pans. You can move the racks up and down the 11 rack guides to fit different sizes of products. The stainless steel top, sides paired with a full angle iron frame creates a robust product that will guarantee long years of service life.

The commercial oven combines direct and indirect heat to produce dishes that are fully cooked with a juicy interior and crisped interior. The two-speed fan with a dual inlet blower wheel circulates the hot air around the cavity so that the food bakes thoroughly and evenly regardless of the placement on the rack guides. The fan is powered by a 0.5 horsepower motor that comes with automatic thermal overload protection.

You can quickly switch between cook mode and cool down mode using the switch on the modular front control panel. There, you will also find the solid-state digital thermostat with an LED display, which lets you set the temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with excellent accuracy. The wide temperature range can cater to a multitude of menu items. You can easily slow-roast meats using the Cook and Hold feature while Pulse Plus creates the perfect cooking environment for delicate baked products. A cooling fan allows you to quickly bring down the temperature inside the oven when needed such as when starting a new baking session.

The aluminized steel combustion chamber is well-built to stand up to high heat while the solid mineral fiber insulation keeps the heat inside the oven, where it should be to keep temperatures consistent. The cavity has a double-sided porcelainized liner and has bright lighting for visibility from the dual-pane thermal glass windows framed by thick stainless steel that forms the left and right doors. These doors can be simultaneously opened or closed from the same powder-coated handle so you can slide pans in and out more ergonomically.

The electric spark ignition uses less gas to power the burners, which are removable and dual-tube in design for even heat height and distribution. The air mixers come with air shutters that are adjustable to help you tweak the flame to the quality you need for your recipes.

You can turn off the gas from the valve located at the front in the event of an emergency or during servicing. The unit can accommodate a draft diverter or draft hood for ventilation. 

The Blodgett DFG-100 ADDL single-deck half-size gas convection oven meets CSA, CE, and NSF standards and comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door. More components and accessories are available for customization needs.
