Bakers Pride ER-3-12-5736 Description
When the dining room gets packed or delivery orders flood in, the Bakers Pride ER-3-12-5736 electric deck oven with three (3) spacious aluminized steel cooking chambers will keep the kitchen rolling. There is a large 57" wide, 36" deep steel deck in each 12kW oven with a tall 12" cooking cavity to accommodate bulks of food items. The exterior is made of sleek and eye-catching stainless steel to prevent rust and corrosion, reduce the need for frequent cleaning, and easily integrate into most kitchen setups.
This commercial deck-type oven operates at a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F to support the most diverse of menus. The "U"-shaped heating elements located at every 9.5" of the deck produce heat that is uniformly distributed by heavy-duty flame diverters to make every inch of the cooking surface usable. You can also adjust the top to bottom heat independently using the infinite controls so you can easily tailor the cooking conditions to each recipe. A 60-minute countdown timer lets you know when the products are ready.
Each oven chamber has a large heavy-duty door that may enhance insulation to keep the oven from losing heat and maintain consistent temperature inside. Since you will be using the oven repeatedly to load and remove products, the spring-balanced door design removes the bulkiness for a more comfortable operation.
This commercial deck-type oven is set on a fully welded iron frame and mounted on a set of 6" tall steel legs with a Bakertone finish to keep it perfectly stable.
The Bakers Pride ER-3-12-5736 electric deck oven is approved by NSF, UL, CSA, and CE. This deck oven can use 208v, 220/240v, and optional 440-480v with a single or three-phase electrical connection.
