The Bakers Pride EB-2-8-5736 electric deck oven with two (2) 12-kilowatt cooking chambers each packing a 57" x 36" steel deck with 8" cooking height provides all the cooking power you need to get through your busiest hours. Designed to grow with your business, this fully insulated cooking powerhouse is constructed with a fully welded iron frame that allows for stacking one more oven with no additional footprint required.
The durable and polished stainless steel exterior protects this commercial deck-type oven from rust and corrosion with only light cleaning required to preserve the sleek appearance. The inside is heat-resistant aluminized steel fully insulated to maintain consistent temperatures for efficient cooking. This commercial oven can generate temperatures from 140°F to 550°F, ready to tackle the most diverse of menus.
A 60-minute timer helps you cook the food for as long as it takes to get the best results. The top and bottom U-shaped heating elements are installed every 9.5" of the deck to surround the cavity with heat. The lower and upper heat produced is independently controlled to suit each recipe. Heavy-duty flame diverters ensure heat reaches all of the cooking surface. The large hard-wearing doors are fully insulated for enhanced cooking performance, and they are spring-balanced to minimize the effort involved in opening and closing.
The rugged doors on this commercial deck-type oven improve insulation and are spring-balanced to remove the weight and clunkiness of the door to ensure ergonomic comfort throughout a whole day of high-volume baking. The entire oven is securely built on four (4) 30" Bakertone steel legs.
The Bakers Pride EB-2-8-5736 electric deck oven is certified by NSF, UL, CSA, and CE for guaranteed safe use.
