Pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, and other busy foodservice establishments can produce a multitude of great-tasting dishes every single day with this 74" wide three-compartment Bakers Pride EB-3-8-5736 electric deck oven on their production line. This is a powerful and versatile piece of equipment that features a 57" x 36" steel deck and an 8" tall cooking cavity in each 12kW cooking chamber to give you adequate space for all your offerings. The oven can bake and roast a wide variety of products at 140 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the help of the 60-minute countdown timer, you are able to keep your baking sessions on track.
This commercial deck-type oven is constructed for heavy work with its stainless steel exterior that protects from rust, the aluminized steel interior that can resist high temperatures, and a fully welded iron frame plus a set of four (4) strong steel legs that promise excellent stability.
The U-shaped heating elements deliver heat from the top and the bottom that can be controlled independently through the infinite controls to help you produce rich and balanced dishes every single time. The flame diverters ensure the entire deck is uniformly heated so you can load as many pizzas or whole chickens on the cooking surface and get consistent quality.
This commercial deck-type oven is fully insulated throughout to maintain consistent temperatures while the spring-balanced heavy-duty doors help minimize heat loss for optimal performance while reducing the strain from the frequent door opening.
