This 55" wide Bakers Pride EB-2-8-3836 double-compartment electric deck oven is a convenient way to boost your production. This unit provides plenty of space to bake bulks of orders, with each cooking chamber packing two (2) 38" wide, 36" deep steel decks each with 8" cooking height. This commercial deck-type oven works at a temperature range of 140°F to 550°F to cook a variety of baked products. You can add one more oven to increase your daily capacity--no additional floor space needed--with the fully welded iron frame.
This commercial deck-type oven has a stainless steel exterior that is easy to keep clean and difficult to corrode, deform, and dent even in the toughest environments. Inside you have an aluminized steel chamber fully insulated to minimize heat and loss and to maintain dependable cooking conditions for your products.
This Bakers Pride commercial oven is designed for intuitive and precise cooking. Top and bottom heating elements are lined at 9.5" of the deck to get as much heat as possible into the cavity. The top and bottom dampers are independently controlled to help you modify the intensity of the heat to the recipe and with the help of the heavy-duty flame diverters, heat is distributed for uniform cooking across the entire deck. A 60-minute countdown timer always keeps you on target for consistently excellent results.
The rugged doors on this commercial oven improve insulation and they are spring-balanced to remove the weight and clunkiness of the door to ensure ergonomic comfort throughout a whole day of high-volume baking. The entire oven is installed on sturdy 38" tall steel legs with a Bakertone finish for added durability.
The Bakers Pride EB-2-8-3836 electric deck oven meets NSF, UL, CSA, and CE standards.
