The top and bottom heating elements are set at every 9.5" of the deck to distribute heat evenly throughout the deck and bake the products uniformly. These heating elements can be individually controlled so you can set the unique conditions required to perfectly cook the toppings and crusts of your menu offerings. The flame diverters help ensure every inch of the deck is heated for guaranteed consistent results. These flame diverters are heavy-duty, but also easy to clean due to the slide-out design. 

The durable fully insulated doors also help maintain safe temperatures, and with the spring balance mechanism, users won’t have to worry about bearing the weight of the doors every time they open and close them.
