The steel deck is durable and made to easily reach high temperatures to keep up with all your cooking needs. There are top and bottom U-shaped heating elements installed at every 9.5" inch of the deck to heat up the entire deck. The flame diverters with convenient slide-out design ensure there are no cold spots so you can maximize the cooking surface without worrying about inconsistent bake quality. The heating elements are individually controlled to help you get tailored results. Use the 60-minute countdown timer to ensure precise and timely cooking.
