This commercial deck-type oven features one 38" wide and 36" deep steel deck to cook large volumes of food items at once. This unit is installed on a fully welded iron frame that can easily support three ovens so you can upgrade your production without needing extra floor space! The high-heat aluminized steel interior offers a 12" tall cooking cavity so you can easily fit large food items such as a whole chicken or turkey. 

Made with durability and longevity in mind, this commercial deck-type oven boasts an easy-to-clean, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction to keep the inside at consistent temperatures and the outside cool to the touch. The entire oven is supported by four (4) 30" tall steel legs finished with Bakertone for added stability. 

This commercial oven can operate at temperatures between 150°F to 550°F. The steel deck is durable and capable of reaching these temperatures for seamless cooking. It comes standard with a 60-minute countdown timer so you can stay on top of your cooking sessions even when the kitchen gets busy. There are top and bottom U-shaped heating elements installed at every 9.5" of the cooking platform to remove any cold spots on the deck with the help of the heavy-duty flame diverters that slide out for easy maintenance.

Top and bottom heat can be individually controlled so you can achieve the ideal environment to cook offerings as you intend. The door is insulated to help minimize heat loss. It has a spring balance design that takes away the physical stress of having to open the door time and again throughout the day.
