This unit features a single 57" wide, 36" deep steel deck that can accommodate products in bulk while the 12" tall oven cavity can fit large or tall food items. If you need more cooking power, the oven can be stacked with two more ovens with the help of the fully welded iron frame.

This commercial deck-type oven features a stainless steel exterior that won’t easily rust or corrode, but will only need light scrubbing to stay pristine. The interior is made of aluminized steel that can withstand high heat to deliver excellent roast and bake quality with the help of the steel deck designed to achieve higher temperatures. This oven sits safe and secure on the 38" tall steel legs with a robust Bakertone finish.
