Bakers Pride ER-2-12-5736 Description
The Bakers Pride ER-2-12-5736 is a 74" wide high-capacity electric deck oven with two (2) compartments each with a massive steel deck measuring 57" wide and 36" deep and a 12" tall cooking cavity, giving you all the space you need to cook a multitude of dishes including pizzas and taller food items like a whole chicken or turkey.
Built with only the best and most reliable materials for long-lasting durability, this commercial deck-type oven has a stainless steel exterior that is corrosion-resistant and easy to keep clean. Both the steel decks and the aluminized steel interior can stand up to high temperatures.
This deck oven can heat from 150 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to handle all your baked and roasted menu offerings. U-shaped heating elements are located at every 9.5" of the top and bottom of each compartment. The resulting heat from the top and bottom can be independently controlled from the infinite controls so you can strike that perfect balance for great-tasting final products.
Flame diverters move the heat throughout the deck so that the entire cooking surface can be used to cook with no cold spots. Use the 60-minute countdown timer to help you stay on track to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The large durable doors reduce heat loss for optimal performance while the spring balance design removes the weight of the doors to provide comfort during long hours of baking and cooking.
This commercial deck-type oven sits on a set of four (4) 24" tall steel legs with a Bakertone finish. If you outgrow the Commercial Ovens, the fully welded iron frame is primed and ready for stacking so you can conveniently increase your production capacity from this very footprint.
The Bakers Pride ER-2-12-5736 electric deck oven is certified by NSF, UL, CSA, and CE for guaranteed safe commercial use.
