The Vulcan MSA36-C0100P Heavy Duty Griddle is a gas-heated heavy-duty countertop griddle that can keep up with the most demanding commercial kitchen’s needs with its 36” wide griddle plate. This griddle is designed for fast recovery with its ¾” composite griddle plate heated by U-shaped burners.

This griddle has three control knobs to accurately adjust the temperature between 200°F and 450°F allowing for cooking zones with specific cooking temperatures. The three 27,000 BTU/hr U-shaped burners are spaced 12” apart to provide even heating to the griddle plate. rotary piezo ignition and pilot a pilot safety valve for every pair of burners to make operation safe and simple.

To make sure this griddle stands up to commercial use it features a fully welded aluminized steel chassis and stainless steel construction for its front, sides, and front top ledge. Grease and crumbs that accumulate on the cooking surface are easily removed with a 3-½” wide trough and stored in a 6 qt. drawer made from stainless steel. To empty the grease drawer it is simple to remove from the front of the griddle.

The 11" cooking height of this griddle is easily kept level thanks to the included adjustable 4” legs.

In total the required gas input of this unit is 81,000 BTU/hr and features a ¾” rear gas connection.
